CCEGA HAPMAP Simulator - SNPs File

You can either supply a file that contains a list of SNP IDs (see examples), or choose one of the pre-loaded SNP lists. Currently, the AFFY 100K is pre-loaded. Note, select either a preloaded AFFY SNP file or supply a user-defined set (not both).

To supply a file of your own SNPs, use the browse button to load it. Note that we are using Phase I/II HapMap data (HapMap), and SNPs not in this data set will not be simulated.
